Bernie is an ex-conductor, who has had the opportunity to work as a resourcing officer with a first hand experience in railway operations and customer service. Using his railway recruitment experience he has helped many secure the job of a train conductor. Prior to joining the railway, he was an operations supervisor who conducted interviews and psychometric tests for selecting enforcement officers at various grades for NCP, NSL on behalf of Islington Council. He has also gained a considerable amount of work experience by working for NEXT PLC as a Merchandiser and Sainsbury’s as a customer service assistant. Therefore he understands various roles and use it to the advantage of his clients.

Not only that, he was also engaged in training new recruits for the skills required to their jobs. Bernie is an excellent teacher who is able to adopt information to the level of each individual student’s ability.

His passion to coach started at University, where he volunteered to give something back to the community by teaching ESOL, GCSE and A-level Maths to final year students at the Bow Idea Store.

Bernie is a trained mathematician from Queen Mary, the University of London, a very down to earth guy, passionate about helping people to succeed. His other interests spans across software development, psychometrics, philosophy and actuary.
